Objectives of the Market Research Study

The consultant will be expected to address the following core areas:

2. Assess each stakeholder's role, influence, and interest in cucumber and vegetable sourcing.

1. Quantify the current and projected demand for cucumbers, disaggregated by stakeholder type (markets, restaurants, hotels, institutions, etc.).
2. Identify key drivers of demand, such as consumer preferences, seasonality, and health trends.

Pricing Strategy & Payment Modalities
1. Analyze current pricing trends across the supply chain (farm gate, wholesale, retail).
2. Recommend pricing models and feasible payment systems (e.g., cash, mobile money, credit) suitable for various market segments.

Consumer and Market Profiling
1. Profile buyers and consumers most likely to engage with GreenCuke Farms based on quality preferences, delivery expectations, and value-added services.
2. Understand buyer behavior, loyalty factors, and sourcing criteria.

Competitive Landscape
1. Identify existing competitors in the cucumber and fresh vegetable market.
